I was in a public city lobby when I noticed a few people breaking the code of conduct by trying to escape the map. I politely reminded them that going outside the map is against the rules, and they seemed to agree. I then asked them to come with me to read the code of conduct, which they did. After reading it, they said they didn’t care and continued the glitch. I reported them because they were breaking the code of conduct, and one of them was being extremely toxic, calling me names repeatedly. I reported him, and he continued to call me those names. I muted him, and more people joined in, breaking the code of conduct by escaping the map. I asked them to read the code of conduct before trying to escape, but a green guy kept saying I didn’t have a father figure and acted in a very sexual manner. I reported him because he told me I was a wasted sp*rm cell and more. More people were arguing and being toxic, and I recorded the entire incident. If anyone needs proof, I have it. I hope a moderator or someone who can ban them sees this.

Connection issues/Cosmetics Showing/Game Quitting on Launch:

• Check the PC/Headset Time Setting and that it is correct.
• k-ID process is complete and that all expected permissions have been granted if required.
• Check the ingame computer for permissions that may set to OFF/Disabled
• Reboot your Headset/PC to complete any possible OS/PC Software Updates
• A router restart may be required. Also check any settings for Firewalls or Parental Internet Controls.
• Additionally, if you have more than one headset/PC at home, keep in mind that the account will only work on one headset at a time.
• Please test by connecting the Headset/PC to Mobile Hotspot and disconnect from home internet.

It's going across everybody's game. I'm not sure what's wrong. It's happening to me in gorilla tag when I joined but the way I fixed mine is sometimes I have the faculty reset which for me it doesn't get rid of my progress. And other times it's just as simple as quitting and rejoining so I'm not sure.
