Ensure you're in the most recent update. Things that can get you stuck in old update is like having mods that you need to clear can get you stuck in old updates. Make sure your k-id thing is fully supported and that nothing is going wrong with your k-id setup. Make sure your internet or Wifi is connected. If this persists go to Settings. Go to Gorilla Tag and clear your app data.
