Connection issues/Cosmetics Showing/Game Quitting on Launch:
- Check the PC/Headset Time Setting and that it is correct.
- k-ID process is complete and that all expected permissions have been granted if required.
- Check the ingame computer for permissions that may set to OFF/Disabled
- Reboot your Headset/PC to complete any possible OS/PC Software Updates
- A router restart may be required. Also check any settings for Firewalls or Parental Internet Controls.
- Additionally, if you have more than one headset/PC at home, keep in mind that the account will only work on one headset at a time.
- Please test by connecting the Headset/PC to Mobile Hotspot and disconnect from home internet.
