I have fully charge up battery. I might have the tracking ring broken, but I haven't checked. I always turn on light to be enough while not too much for the tracking. More interestingly, the problem happens commonly specifically in Gorilla Tag, and it has never happened in other games(Like Ape Tag)

Try a new battery and make sure that the ends of the battery and where the battery goes has no fluff or dirt, it may also be because of how fast some movement are in gorilla tag, does It happen all of the time or just when you move fast?

Gorilla Tag Cardboard Hero Bundle issues.

1. Open meta horizon store app.
2. Click your user in the top right.
3. You should have a Promotion tab, listed on the left under where it says Account.
4. Redeem the item in the promotion tab.
5. Re Launch GT.

You may have to wait for a number of minutes before they are added to the account as this is sent from Meta to us.
We hope this solves your issue, if not this is a Meta bundle and you will need to reach out to Meta Support to seek resolution.
