Not sure, if it was a modder they most likely used mods to either lag your game out so bad that you had a black screen

If you think it was a ghost, it wasn't. For anyone else that thinks ghost are real, they aren't. It's mostly likely a modder with very good cheats.

it takes consistent reports across multiple lobbies to get banned, however there are trusted players accounts such as moderators and thousands of others whos reports weigh more. after that the autoban might get ya or it could be sent to the appeals and interventions team. I believe the auto looks at the past 28 days of reports and the team looks at the past 14 days but that might not be accurate

So I joined my code, and there was 2 ppl there, when i asked them to please leave because its my code and it has been for years, they said no, so i asked that if they could tag me once in under 5 mins, i would leave the code they agreed, and reported me because they couldnt tag me, it had been six minutes. At the start i asked for 1v1s but they would not. They reported me for “toxicity”, which i clearly was not toxic, and my friend could tell you that is true. I reported back for false reporting.
