Well for one, (excuse my ranting) use the same rule everywhere!
At the web there is a rule that says "No cheats or mods" Pretty straight forward. But when you get in here, and here (Discord) there are several places where you get information like "use it on your own risk "..look at the mod discord server".. "advice players to be careful" Its mixed messages all over. And if you look in the game and on Youtube, its modding EVERYWHERE.
Kids, that barely know how to make their own bed, do edits how how you install this and that mod, not really knowing what they're doing, since most is just "..uh yea hello.. .come to my server, download this, copy this, copy that...and tadaa!" ...its utterly rubbish. Thousands of them. And then there are comments to the video like this "Is this a legal mod?" ...and guess what, nobody answers. Why? Because nobody knows, since Axiom, or whoever writes the the 'Code of Conduct', have (imo) failed to be clear of how this game should work. And thousands of players are probably banned just because of this obscurity. To get back to your question, use one rule. Simple!
