I need help from someone who ghost hunts in gorilla tag 24/7. Let me explain. Basically, I decided to ghost hunt with someone I met called "Ella" pink and had the yellow sunhat on w/ the she pronoun badge. We joined the code and started a party between the two of us. I said, "We should check in mines. That's where I heard that Whisper spawns." we went in mines look around and couldn't find it. I got the ID card and we decided to go to the bunker after we summoned and got chased by lucy. Once we got into bunker i hadn't yet seen it.. I went into the bunker snd turned towards Ella They seemed to be staring at something. I ignored it. However, "BEHIND YOU." She hollared as he slowly backed away into the entrance. I turned around and saw a deep red figure called "redacted" its head almost completely backward and it standing as still as someone who'd disconnected. Redacted happened to be standing on long arms. "NOPE." i shouted "I'M LEAVING." i began as i left the game entirely. I got back on and joined the code. Ella was gone. Now, it was only me and Redacted i loooked at the leader board to confirm. how do i start an appeal to get un banned

Hey! I know this pings you, but I really need to talk to a person. Your appeals and interventions team doesn't do anything.
Every ban appeal I have done (and every ban appeal others that I've talked to have made) result in the same, copy-paste message.
They don't read your appeal. They don't look any of the 25 hours of recordings you may have, proving you get false reports for your skill/arm length.
They get paid just for sitting there and having an ai respond to all of the appeals.
For me, this game is quite literally my job, I coach and play professionally, I don't cheat yet this is my 3rd cheating ban. I can't wait 8 weeks for something I didn't do.
Please fix your team, I don't care if it increases the wait time we NEED to talk to a human.

I feel like bans should be a bit easier to get, and ban appeals should be much more lenient. This would cause cheaters to get banned faster, and players that have been falsely banned to get unbanned faster. I personally record all of my gameplay, with my gorilla tag folder and world scale shown when I launch the game, and before I close it
