I've been seeing lots of comments recently regarding this new update and many of you have asked my opinion. Sadly, some people are using Christianity and/or the Bible as an excuse to hate members of the LGBTQ community. This is absolutely not right and true Christians would never do this! In fact, Jesus tells us specifically to "Love your neighbor as yourself!” Some of you have pointed out that “homosexuality is a sin,” and while the Bible does make that clear, the Bible also makes it crystal clear that we are not to judge others. All of us have sinned and fallen short in many ways. This is precisely why we need Jesus in the first place, who saved us from our sins. There is already far too much hate in our world; I encourage all of you to love each other regardless of your position on the subject.
