Exactly, game making and game publishing are 2 different things.

Yeah you need to make a game to be able to publish, but you also need to do many more then on the business side and the update side. Stuff changes on meta and steam, they are 2 different platforms so making stuff work between both platforms is a massive thing taking alot of time.

I wouldn't mind aa changing updates to take longer for better quality and content but the community is demanding and puts a massive stress on anything.

no, virtualising an x86 windows machine on a mac is hopeless, would not work for VR at all since both SteamVR and Oculus dont support it, and even if he used VD, performance would be awful

Gorilla tag also have some of the best vr mechanics straight up, the swimming is one of if not the best vr swimming out, the zips and ropes works wonderfully and are smooth (rope dysnc still needs to be fixed;-;), the gliders are freaking incredible aswell.
