It's more difficult. but doable. suggestion above by keeping track of your calories. try to stay far away from processed foods. if you got mostly carbs keep it simple then, such as oatmeal. dont reach for the poptart. or whatever that has tons of sugar in it. do not drink sugary drinks or eat candy. those teh biggest culprits to weight gain
