thats happend to me too its called a afterreban where the game has unbanned you but the platform the game uses to ban you hasent relized your unbanned so they see your unbanned but they havent updated yet so when they look at if you should be banned they see that you should be banned so they ban you for ban evasion, its really anoying and the best thing you can do is just try to get a ban appeal. i hope you get your account back
