I'm going to guess it's a toxicity ban. That's what nearly all underage kids get banned for, mainly becasue they love that report button when someone plays like a 13+ player. I've seen kids report entire lobbies becasue some one said "ass" and the other reason is 13+ players don't want to play with younger kids it's not as fun.
