To set your hz refreshrate to 72 you need a android or pc and sidequest with developer mode unlocked then you can switch to 72hz. But also depending on when you got ur oculus quest 2 the hz that were built into it are either 72hz or 90hz

You may get stuck in trees because of something called chromatic observation. It also could be sticky hands. A way you could help with that is by going into sidequest on your laptop android device, and turning off chromatic observation. You could also help with that by practicing ur consistency if you need more help send a @ !
