Firstly make sure you have the player model rigged, then you need to duplicate the hand bone and clear the parent (make sure you rename the hand bone which you duplicated to something you will remember) then you can search up an inverse kinematics tutorial and add it as well as copy rotation. Then you should be done in the blender part. When you have the model in unity you need to use a variable to set the location of the head bone to the players camera After that you can set the position of the hand bone (which you renamed) to the position on the controller. Do this for each controller
