The year was 1199, a family known as the monkeyes are moving into their new home. When they step in they notice there was a huge maze in the middle. They thought it was strange so they go inside of it. Herold, the dad, goes in first, then Georgia, the mom, goes in second, and their son, Fred follows them in. Inside the maze they find a weird coin. The coin seems to be glowing. They pick it up, all of them wondering what it is. Suddenly it starts shaking. As midnight hits it zaps all three of them. They wake up different. They all had one eye, no body, and multiple tentacles things with eyes on them attached. They freaked out and went for the exit, but they just couldn’t leave. The exit was right there, open. And yet they could not move through it. Just then the previous owner, Lucy, walked in. She knew this would happen and was happy. Lucy had always hated the king, and wanted to overthrow him by creating an army of monsters. She enters the maze and tells the monkeyes that they now work for her. The parents feel the tentacles doing something. Beams shoot out at Lucy and the floor opens up and swallows Lucy. She lands in a jail cell, trapped. She spends day and night digging a tunnel. When the tunnel was down she tried to escape. But just like the monkeyes family, she could not exit. She dies within the cell. Years go by, the kingdom turns into a city. Lucy spirit is punished by the monkeyes, and every Halloween, her grave appears, and she can be summoned.

The year is now 2022, the citizens of gorilla tag live in their own houses in the city and in the canyons. One day, some monkeys were having a picnic in the forest. The ground starts shaking. They think it’s an earthquake. All the sudden, a giant tree emerges out from on top of the cliffs. They rush into the stump, into city, and see a room with wind gushing up. They go up into it and find clouds. They build houses, and make a parkour course. The miner monkeys from caves start excavating into a tunnel within forest. During the excavation, there was a rockslide. After it cleared, they found a beach, with ancient structures. To this day no one knows what they are. The rockslide from the beach caused the caves to collapse, with the miner monkeys trapped. While trapped they found bones, crystals, and even cave paintings. While trapped, they felt a presence watching them. A miner monkey gets lost from the group and an orange monkey greets him. It was not kind. The miner monkey escaped from it, and the legend of PBBV started. The miner monkeys dig a new tunnel under stump and escape.
