Gtag is actually one of the worst games to play like i hit mid pro basically for nothing because as im running on walls or ground or trees ill get tagged by nothing and the closest monke which is super far away will just say get good because no matter how good your internet is theres always tag delay

Its fun but just not that good

how would you guys rank different gorilla tag techniques (level 0-4, 0 being doable by a literal 7 year old, and 4 taking like 100 hours to master)

cause i'm planning on doing a master guide to gorilla tag, which has every technique used regularly in gameplay

cause there's a lot of guides spread around youtube that are pretty dogshit and don't really say anything valuable

Ground running is a 0, shimmying up the double walls (not jumping) is a 1 double wall jump is about a 1-2 branching a 3 and wall climbing a 4 for a lot of people, and different jukes are anywhere on that scale

well i put ground running in 1, since it actually takes time to know how to do

you see kids just hobbling along with no clue how things work

i put walking, hopping, and tagging in level 0, since they're surface level things that someone can figure out in 5 minutes

tagging as in knowing how it works, not actually being able to catch people

I was gonna say I had someone teach me that if you just slap the ground you jump and if you swing with your palms the same way the surface is whatever degree and pull yourself forward by swinging your arms you can run

But I also know the funny run too

well to actually run effectively takes practice, cause you have to know how to stay close to the ground without hitting it and stopping yourself

cause i call what most beginners do to move "quickly" hopping, they move by doing a more parabolic curve

whilst running is more of a close-to-ground kinda thing
