The key for outward curves is to try to aim for juuuuust before the curve, so you're able to reach out your hand in front of you, around the corner, then use that corner to pull yourself past it.
It's definitely one of the harder aspects of wall running though, so keep at it!! A great place to practice is the wall directly underneath the ladder in canyon, you can come at it from either direction too for left and right handed practice
