ok when you open a steam VR > click that 3 line on steamVR status > click "display VR view" > when that open you can click left/right eyes or both (would not do both...)
When you use OVR (if you do use OVR) press "+" and press game capture > press Capture specific window on "mode"> press "POV vr" and you are good to go!
