I hold the quest 2 controllers the way they were intended to be held, no weird grip
I always have 1 or 2 holdables out because I like to leave a bubble trail for people + show when I'm using 1 hand with umbrella
The quest 2 controllers are light enough that if you position it right, the weight of simply holding it should press the grip button. So I'm basically using no energy to hold the button, while being able to hold it non-stop without issue
