I run bubbles + umbrella so I can play "one-handed" with a trail, and i just hold the controllers like normal and the weight of the controllers pretty much do the rest of the work

I had an issue with it to begin with because I was gripping so hard, but if you're on a quest the button is so easily depressed it shouldn't be much of an issue once you get used to not death gripping lol
