I learned it slowly over the past 6 years (first stackoverflow post was when I was 12) so don't have the best advice, started using it to use unity, https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/dotnet/hello-world-tutorial/intro or https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/learntocode seems like a pretty good place to start. Microsoft documentation for C# and .NET (the framework / runtime that lets you build c# apps, kinda like the operating system for C#). The Microsoft documentation is really good, poke around on https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/. https://www.youtube.com/c/Elfocrash is good for intermediate to advanced C# stuff, don't worry about any of it at the start.

Visual Studio 2022 + .NET 6 is probably the software you'll want to be actually using. There was a bunch of conflicting version of .NET (.NET standard 2.0 (which is what unity / gt still uses, eventually they'll update), famework 4.7, .NET 5) but its all converging to .NET 6. VS 2022 came out a little while ago and is just a little better than VS 2017/2019 in most ways. VSCode is also good as a lighter weight text editor.

don't pay for computer science stuff, there's tones of free content that's leagues better than anything paid. MIT (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLUl4u3cNGP63WbdFxL8giv4yhgdMGaZNA) and Harvard (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLhQjrBD2T382_R182iC2gNZI9HzWFMC_8) both have their intro cs courses lectures completely free if you are serious about comp sci.

JS and Python are okay, but they're both dynamically typed (TypeScript fixes for JS), meaning there's a lot more errors you can make that cause the program to fail during execution instead of before execution (which is really bad). The core concepts common to all programming languages transfer over but they both do a lot of stuff their own way which can make it annoying to learn others languages after that. A lot of schools teach Java, which is basically boomer C#, so you should be fine to go straight to C#
