ALVR is the only solution since everything else requires the oculus software.
Apparently the Virtual Desktop people had to implement Oculus game support natively to let them on the oculus store. ALVR doesn't specifically support Oculus software so it must be sideloaded

smooth is well smooth and more stylish but if u wann be sweatier id say rough

smoothly will increase your chance of not failing but is slower, roughly will increase your chance of failing but is easier to get away from monkes
