you must connect to the same blue tooth( so your phone must be connected to your oculus). on your oculus click on the apps and click the app files. once on files you click the cloud icon to sync. then on your video (on the oculus) you click the three dots and click sync. once under the video it says sync you go on the oculus app on your phone and you go to galley I think (or somewhere where you see videos and photos). ive got a simple guide i can send you if you want. more easier and understandable!
