The main issue is that there are never any real rewards or outcomes tied to the new features being added. Ghost Reactor feels pointles it doesnt have the grinding, progression, and payoff that horror games usually deliver, so once you beat it, there’s nothing to keep you coming back and usually in other horror games this is justified because the game is scary, in gorilla tag the horror mode is not scary what so ever. Critters are just as empty garbage all you do is run around collecting them. There aren’t any rare ones, you can’t save or evolve them, and the map they’re in gives no meaningful activities beyond catching critters for no reason. other these two updates, the rest have been just cosmetic, which is nothing more than a cash grab. the updates feel shallow and awfully boring.

There's also a map in the rank optical course. By playing that and getting tags and points, you can level up your belt or rein. So actually there is a reward.

If the main focus for the game was the ghost reactor and critters then I agree there isnt enough progression. However most people get on gorilla tag to play tag, which if you find the right people can last for hours

you can keep going back to "its a tag based game" but thats just not true, majority of the gamemodes arent tag. how does building with blocks and hunting ghosts involve tag what so ever. if AA wants to go away from a tag based game which is what theyre read apparently doing than atleast do a good job. and as you say "AA is doing a great job of giving the community what it wants" is just not true, most of the feedback from ghost reactor was not great aswell as hoverboards and critters.

That’s kind of the reason why I think it is silly, you have to go out of your way to enter a modded category lobby, they're completely separate from the main game aside from maybe the gamemodes, it's impossible to accidentally enter a modded lobby as a regular player. Moderating people in a space exclusive to mods is like moderating someone for using a client sided cosmetics mod, sure it's not officially supported, but it's not harming the regular / main game whatsoever, and staff usually couldn't care less about things such as the Cosmetics mod, I don't get whats different for modded lobbies, they're all contained & sandboxxed
I get the reasoning as to why they'd be moderated, but it's just a waste of moderation resources, automod included (though it makes a bit more sense, since automod is automod)

I am writing to report an issue I experienced while playing Gorilla Tag. During my recent gameplay sessions, I was repeatedly called “a British guy” by other players (around 10 times). In addition to this harassment, I was falsely reported for “impersonating a famous YouTuber,” even though I was not attempting to impersonate anyone.
These false reports are frustrating and could negatively affect my account despite me following the rules. I would appreciate it if this could be looked into, as I want to continue enjoying Gorilla Tag in a fair and respectful environment.
