Correction to people’s concerns (Based off my research):
it’s not k-ID doing any moderation, it’s GGWP, an AI bot that listens to only 3% of dialogue (as of now) in gorilla tag. You can still change whether you can enable voice chat or stuff like that. The only bad thing about it is that there are different types of verification around the world for k-ID due to laws (the COPPA act in particular). If this law wasn’t in place, gorilla tag probably wouldn’t have even used k-ID, or at least would have delayed the process for a couple of months. I actually think gorilla tag are putting in a good effort in order to protect children on their game from pedophiles and toxic players. K-ID doesn’t even limit who or what age group you can play with, it just verifies your age, and adjusts your experience accordingly. This includes a toggle for voice chat and the virtual stump UGC (User Generated Content).

Sorry for the Yap but it really did need to be said. So many YouTubers have gotten the wrong idea about k-ID, using their traction and community to create a stereotype of the kidentify organisation. The spreading of misinformation is bad, and most videos made on k-ID should be flagged for altered content.
