The issue is my son account is on parent control and he try to log into gorilla tag on meta quest and when he logs into game he cannot log into servers I've heard its a red board if he is banned I've tried every trouble shoot step nothing is working. Thank you so much for your help.

I've tried this a few min ago when I log into game and head to store no one but on computer screen its green and it say how many players online and how many banned

Clear app data, Uninstall, power off headset fully, unplug router for atleast 30 seconds, plug back in, re install.

Idk people have been having issues with the servers.

If you already have gone and factory reset doubt there's anything else. If possible try some third network seperste from your router like a phone.

I had the same problem. you can go to the settings of your oculus and hit storage, then find gorilla tag and hit "delete game data" (or something of the sort), then you shiould be able to play again

I don’t think they deny the applications anymore, they’ll check up on your channel every once and a while to see if you’re a good fit.

Just apply once (and only once) and it’ll stay there
