Yes, I googled it. This error occurs if the game is shared via family access. That's the joke. If the game has this function, then why do they give a ban for it? If there was no such function. Then you wouldn't get a ban?

On my main account everything works without problems. Only children get banned on their accounts. The store says that the game supports family access.
