For example, if you're at c16 and you have 5 manors, you need at least one of the manors to be at level 16 before you can upgrade your castle to 17 while the others can be at a lower level... Same with the other buildings

If you're a new player or still building troops, then you should build one barrack, one infirmary and the rest should be manors. That way you'll have high training speed.
Once you're satisfied with your troop count, convert some manors to infirms.

Lv60 is actually a huge grind, even for P2P. A far bigger and harder goal than c25 or even t4. It just takes time, the best way to get there is kills. But without being ready to drop shield, you save up all your turf quests, pop an exp boost and then turn in quests.
** Disclaimer ** ultimately the goal is to have low or even better; zero quest might. But for the sake of level 60 you can afford to get a little quest might. 5m max. But once you finish lv60 Never ever ever open quest might.

Follow up disclaimer: if you're making a trap account, no amount of extra might is worth it. Do not open any quest might on a trap account.

1. You're in an open kd and seeing you're 7.5m might at c25 you've missed out on a lot of benefits as it is. Like being c24 and getting top 3 in hell events which is easy and getting jewel chests much easier. That helps a ton btw because jewels arent easy to get.

I can answer this for you very easily.

If you're planning to play the game semi casually, Just logging in to chat with friends, do a few things, maybe kill a darknest, play events, then keep your current account. You won't ever compete against the big castles and you'll always have to be very careful if you ever drop shield, but you can play just fine and enjoy the game.
Just find a guild that's about your speed with people you get along with and do your thing. :)

If you're planning to spend on the game anything more than say an occasional $5, and /or planning to build your account into a bigger war-ready castle that can participate in PvP rallies with your guild, I suggest starting over.
The benefits will be that you get to start in a guild / kingdom with others who are all starting their account in the same week as you, and you can take up a lot of features available to new players (limited hero challenges, there's a free f2p hero at the outset, and a few other perks that are pointless on an established account but will gives boost on a new one).

To expand on Asa's answer - if you're at risk of burning on a rally, you only want to get hit once and you don't want the attackers to be able to find you quickly after the rally hit.

The second you burn in a wonder, as mentioned, all other attacks marching get cancelled - this means if the attackers were teaming up to send multiple rallies, only the first one will hit you, or if they send a bunch of solo attacks to follow the rally to make sure to cap your leader, they also get cancelled.
And then your Castle, which is on fire and taken damage, is at least in a random location so they can't immediately set another attack, they have to find you first.
(If you're in this situation and you can't take another hit, the best thing to do is keep random relocating as fast as you can until you can shield).

If you can easily takes couple of rallies, and you're not at all worried about the attackers, you don't need to move to wonder. It's just an extra safety net.

You can complete solo points in KvK simply by gathering.
Use a random relocator to go into the enemy kingdom, if you can get a spot where you can gather lv4 tiles, ore is the best points: time, food is also good.
You have to be alert to recall fast if you get attacked. It's advisable to only send a nominal number of low tier troops, like 10k T1 at a time so it's no major loss if you do get hit

If you've a comp that can take a solo, unshield without fury (you can do this by going to the wonder zone and then random relocating, bait a solo (pretend your offline in fake gear), get hit by a solo, your kvk will be done.

If you're feeling brave, you can tile hit. It's very good points and you can complete your solo in just a few minutes... If you're brave and FAST.
It costs a few relocators but worth it to get KvK over quickly.

1. Put on anti. If you're a smaller Castle that couldn't even survive a solo attack, put your leader and best troops in the shelter.
2. Find a good tile to hit, relocate onto it, attack, recall your army and random relocate FAST.
3. repeat until solo complete.
4. Keep relocating until you can shield after fury is up.

If your guild is sitting in forts, you can send troops. Even just 1 troop gets points. Sometimes smaller guilds will all send 1 troop to a fort to get points with low risk.

Make sure you are VERY CAREFUL going into fury. Use relocators / wing boots to minimise your travel time. If you can't take a solo, again, shelter your best troops.
Put your troop in the fort and then random away fast. If you stay VIGILANT and random relo instantly if anyone starts scouting you or a big Castle ports next to you, the risk is minimal.

If you can hide your comp, see if there's a few shielded castles in your guild who are willing to port near a fort that your guild is holding so you (and everyone in the guild who wants) can hide troops.

If you can take a solo, remember, anti scout, and be alert to change gear / formation. DO NOT SIT IN CAV WEDGE EVER. Be ready to run / shield if you get rallied

If you can take a rally, then you probably already know what you're doing there, it's no different.

But most of all, take a moment to look at your opponent kingdoms to assess the danger levels. Sometimes you just get a really bad luck matching and it's not worth going into fury at all.
Just gather (see step 1)

It's totally normal to have negative food. Nothing bad happens. Literally everyone has to deal with it.
The usual way to manage it is to have an alt that's a food hyper and you send yourself food and most guilds have an alt that's a bank so you can store food and only take out what you need when you need it.

The only alternative is to either keep a really really small troop comp and wear food hyper gear,

Get champ armour, which is not cheap, but you can keep food with any amount of troops.

I started beating Dn 6 with 450% stats (war talents) and counter researches done. I would say counters matter more than stats for that if you use the right formations, can even beat with less stats. But ofc more t5, altar boost lv. 60 lead, everything helps.

Your comp is hideable. Hide it (this means logging in at least every 12 hours without fail to shelter, and having guild mates who are reliably shielded to put reinforcements / garrison in. At your size you can hide your entire army, you just need to communicate with your guild about who has a long shield on and you can hide your troops under their shield. But beware if they relocate or refresh their shield your troops will be sent back.
If you are diligent, and always seems any RSS to the guild bank, with this method you can Go a very long time without losing anything (you might still get burned as big castles might just blind attack you, but this will reduce).
Regardless, this method is challenging because you must be active in game and diligent, and you rely on guildmates' shields.

The alternative is you just shield. Every day you buy a 24h shield with gems. If you plan to grow your account at all, this is vital. 1k gems per day isn't much, you just need to be in a good guild with active hunting and you'll earn more than that every day.

these monsters are very good for farm gear. gryphon boots give construction and research, which is essential. the offhand also gives build speed i believe and some army capacity.

noceros has some good gathering pieces if you are a farmer, and some pieces boost construction gears as well. however, there is not a set rotation. it used to be set in stone, but igg seems to vary it now. you can always check tomorrow's monsters by going on to the beta server, or using another source which i cannot disclose here

any amount of t2 can really get smacker by a strong t4 solo to be fair. you probably are looking at a couple million to cap a noodle, but even with a couple million a rally lead will burn you no matter what

Monsters have different resistances, some are weak against physical, some are weak against magic

For example, frostwings can be killed easily, compared to hardrox and tidal titan which would be a bit harder to kill...damage won't be consistent across all monsters

They have different hp/resistance values

This is in part because of RNG (random number generation) - the damage on Monster hits isn't consistent, reach hit has a slight random factor.
And in part because different monsters are easier to kill than others.
Double check that you're using the correct heroes for each Monster (see the pins in #👹┊monsters channel). As your heroes level up you'll do more damage, but it will always be a little variable

Then focus on research, and if you can, get Slayer equipment, it will give you a huge boost

It's hard to suggest as it can entirely depend on what stage you are at.

If you do a bit of rallying and don't take rallies then you can build new troops and heal fairly quickly without doing a full rotation of manors and infirms.

Late game players will have all manors and 1-2 barracks to do a bulk troop boost which will last them the duration they need, say a month? Once done they will swap to all infirms with maybe 1 barracks.

If you're in between like myself then I think having equal split of manors and infirms is fine. Some may disagree but it gets expensive swapping manors and infirms. I generally keep 2 barracks

theres only really a few solution

1. be zeroed without troop
2. full farms low troops

I'm in guild where i usually gets about 100+ level 2 Gift boxes daily. So what will be better speed ups after getting full helps or Technolabe.

You only know if you made top 100 of the solo rank once the "event" ends. Generally you need quite a bit more than solo 3, especially if it's research or troop training

You have to score more than everyone else who is doing the same hell at your Castle level. This is fairly easy for below c25, but pretty hard at c25. You have no way of knowing how much everyone else might do, so you just have to go extra .
With training hells this is especially difficult - you have to compete with people who might be boosting 10m troops all on one go.
It's easiest to get ranking on hells like hunting, merge, Tycoon, lab (if you have elite). Pay attention to the 24h challenge - if it's the same type, like if the 24h is research and the hell is research, you might compete with people doing the full 24h during one hell so you have to do more than that.

In general, on a hunting hell, I find going 2x or 3x the required amount is enough to get rank70.

If you're c24 or below , just completing the hell and maybe 10% extra is usually enough.

Having anti scout on and a minimum troop count of 5 mil to be able to avoid a solo.

Gathering from tiles is a minimum risk way of getting resources. Only your gathering troops are exposed.

the might does not matter...what matters is the gear on the rally leaders, are they ready to set on you, will they fill with t4/t5, and whats your castle looks like

You can either have enough troops to take a solo and be able to hide if you get rallied,

Or have enough troops to take at least two rallies comfortably... And that's assuming you don't get doubled

Another option is to be really fast on your feet and use a lot of relos to reduce the chances that you get a rally set on you.
Depends on the kingdom, but if you're somewhere that no one is running double (or more) rallies, being about 600m or higher with Antiscout is a good deterrent. If you have anti on, it's not about how many troops you have (because they can't tell), it's about your might and troops killed.

Double rally is irrelevant if you know you will burn, you can jump to fort/base grass and second rally will be cancelled once first will hit you and set you on fire.

So if there is more rallies set on you and you are not sure if you can take even one. Go to grass. It will most likely save rest of your troops.

yes, army atk just applies to everyone

now as for the 800+ to 1000+ stats people have, after you have mythic normal gear and jewels, you really either need champ, royal jewels, or astralite

for those 700-800 stats, be prepared to spend a couple hundred to thousand+

for those 900+ to 1000+ stats, be prepared to spend well over 15k to be honest

and full astralite around 66k for that alone, plus whatever champ is. so maybe like 75k to 80k

Hi, I've seen people sending 6:4 on a solo attack, 60% T4 and 40% T2, and some with 7:3 or even 5:5. What about with T5? 60% T5 and 40% buffer (mixture of T4 and T2)?

I understand it depends on many factors but just wanted to know is it ideal to send T2+T4 as buffer or just pure T4?

the 60/40 ratio is the wounded/dead ratio, meaning when your march is capped, 60 percent go to infirm while 40 percent die. This means that they would send 60/40 t4/t2 to save their t4, while the cheap t2 can die. this is usually seen in leaderless marches to conserve troops. anyone sending 60/40 with a leader is a noob, way to troop conscience, or dumb. or perhaps a combination of the 3.

for t5, many will send 60/40 t5/t4 to save the t5, while still doing much more damage than a t4/t2. you commonly see this in an average march. any less ratio of t5 and more t4 means the lead is more troop conscience, and probably not a lead in the first place.

and any more t5 (ie 80/20, 100% t5) means they are ready to smack you hard, or dumb
