If you're not trying to keep your might low you won't have a lot of success solo trapping. If you already passed the low might threshold, build a rally trap. Taking single rallies with decent gear, 20m troops is a starting point

I think it automatically starts you in one of the newest kingdoms and you get at the very start 2 special migration scrolls with which you can migrate everywhere. After these, you need a normal migration scroll I think

looks like you got good options already. generally bumble is considered best for mix as well as cav. your beasthelm is for inf and travel speed. coronet is for range. as far as champ, only go for it if you gonna make it gold+, especially for helmet.

If you're just talking about gems, neither one is good. You'll be lucky to get back 1/4 of the gems you put into it and you'll probably go months or years without hitting the jackpots. according to my calculations, you can get hell event 3 completed at c12 if you save up 1200 (10 minute) training speed ups

but in c25 i heard (tutorial) that you need 10x the amount of points from hell event 3 limit so that you can get into at least top 3

You don't need to aim for rankings at c25... It's not worth it... You'll get much more stuff by doing 10 separate hell events

At low castle lvl, hell event needs less points but you get less rewards as well

At low castle lvl, you don't have 3rd accessory slot, not high construction or research speed... Don't have +500% training speed... So, any speedup spent by you gives you very less value

One way to learn is to go into the forge and select all equipment, start with Helmet and then scroll through the filter options to see what are best in slot items for various things, then cycle through main hand, boots, etc. Compare all the pieces. Make note of which pieces give the best boosts and which sets and rare items they use.

For research and construction, go into the forge, start with the helmet and filter by research. See which one is best. Then go through for all the pieces. Repeat for construction. Note that the best armour for research is terror shield, but that's an incredibly expensive piece. Cav mail is very cheap and almost as good
