Even if you try a team full of assassins-ish heroes you should still use Rose knight in the mix. She allow you to absorbed a certain amount of damage at the begining of the fight that is non negligible (and occasionally heal someone as well as tank in the frontline)

Let say your composition give you an advantage. But's it's never truly an 100% win, the better your composition against the opponent, the closer you get to 100% though.
So, let say your composition have 60% win rate against the opponent. on average, for 10 tries you should see around 6 victory.
Igg don't give you the numbers though. so you can only use try and error to figure out which composition works best against which for this week

The coliseum seem to works pretty much the same as the hero stages. try it yourself, if you run a stage, observe what's happen, quit, and re enter the same stage with the same team. you are very likely to see something different happening
