To increase familiar damage go for the accessory, as it scales off of initial cav atk and the rage has higher cav stats, if you wanna use the hp go for the faith. If I was in your situation I'd aim for maximum damage, instead of lasting longer. Sorry for the ping

Went right to gear button and tried to switch gear multiple times as I saw rally moving to target from my alts account on laptop. Seemed like it said it switched just as rally hit

there is testing to figure out which is better between the 2

in regards to wyrm terror and garg they are commonly used in blast gear

You should only jewel the two gear sets if you have a lotta jewels to throw around. Put only range jewels in the codex since I assume you use dragon fist for cav blast... So range attack jewel, wyrm jewel and grim jewel

One of the ways is to go gryphon, garg, frostwing, queen Bee and huey. It depends on what you want the comp to do. If you want the range as complete fodder and the inf to hit harder then switch out the fams accordingly, or if you want the range to be on beast mode and take the brunt of the hit then switch fams accordingly. The one I suggested is what I think to be an "all round" setup, of course people are open to disagree

And as you lead more fort rallies you'll figure out what's best for you

Actually pretty smart, building blast pieces and getting extreme stat boosts (11k) early. No frostwing since theyll never use it. Cup for inf rng, cav drum, ring for range mix. Rushing champ packs is crazy because its expensive and not worth. This persons doing it right

Scenario - someone sends a inf rally on me with p5 familiar (bon). Now i counter it with my cavalry. Now, the bon familiar gets activated and hits my largest squad. (The damage is based on initial infantry attack on my cav as per my understanding)

Now, will it make any difference if my largest squad is range or cavalry? Will the damage of p5 familiar be same if mg largest squad is either cav or range? Or will it be less if its cav?

So assuming you have 10m infantry, 13m range and 11m cav, bon will target your range

Also the damage is constant. Doesn't matter if it's cav or inf or range.

I think it's better to focus skull crusher, but not so much for a mix set like that

I scrolled a bit but not sure if anyone told you a solution to Tal ding a better hero on your wall… It is based on the might of the hero which comes next. If you are attacked, send the hero(es) you don’t want to pop on the wall out gathering or as a one troop garrison to a guildmate. Keep in mind a gold hero with no meaningful stat boosts still has its squad attack damage and is more useful than a grade below it in dishing out squad damage
