There's a fair bit of homework involved in packs. There are literally packs that look similar and cost the same but one will have double the items in it than the other. Heck even packs that are more costly but have less in them!
Take time to start looking through the mall and make notes on which packs have what and for how much so you get to know what you're looking for and make educated decisions. Especially helpful to be able to judge when there's a new pack or limited edition one out

Igg put out limited edition seasonal 99c packs now and then, they usually only in store for a couple of days, and often incredible value. But always check closely because sometimes they're inexplicably crap 😂

This looks almost the same as one of my alts but you need to break up jewels and spread them around... if you can spare the gems. A second ring should be easy enough. Skullcrusher is pretty hard to get so if you want it then don't go scroll. If using skullcrusher in mix instead of range, then there is no use for frostwing hearts. So for your level I wouldnt recommend. Instead could get scroll as 3rd accessory, though it is not great.
