Don't worry about gryphon, it's hard to get gryphon medals, focus on trickster, dont upgrade the holystars ability with all your fragments, level up the ability 2-3 times everyday, you should be good

no, i believe changes have to made, i was in a guild for 2 years, and leadership believed in stress free, no event requirements, and dont kick inactives, they were stuck at 20b might for 2 whole years, with barely any advancements in event badges...less than 100 gifts daily

i tried suggesting changes to leadership but they were rejected, i tried recruiting but was accused of trying to form a new guild and steal their members...so i left with some friends and formed a new guild, spent several weeks mailing players in most kingdoms to recruit and we ended up with a 70b guild after 6/7 months

if a guild is stress-free with absolutely no event requirements, you have to be prepared to put up with a bunch of slackers/inactive players/terrible gift count
