Getting 3 lvls on a drum is pretty cheap and is guaranteed stats compared to gambling regular gargs praying for a jewel for example

Rally means to gather together. In game when we "rally" someone, we're actually rallying our guild together to fight against someone. You don't actually rally the enemy, you rally your guildmates to join the attack.
