B have only 1million troops and1 hospital(40k beds) but he challenged A to attack him
A attacked B
B lost 100k troops, 40k went to hospital, rest 60k went to sanctuary
But the thing is sanctuary saves 80% of troops when it was empty on right side, once it gets filled it will save only 60%.
B's right side if sanctuary is empty so it saved 48k troops, rest 12k died forever.
