I think bounty almost never worth it. If the amount is too small nobody is interested and if it's too hight it's probably because the enemy is too strong in the first place so he/she most likely won't be trouble anyway (not for the bounty at least)

Winning Dragon arena, especially against a tough opponent is not a cheap endeavour, especially for the leads. Being prepared to spend on relocating and winged boots is key. And obviously try to get everyone who matters into talents and with whatever boosts they can.

I also saw a video once where a guy made a gryphon trap. He wasn't relying on low might. He made it look like he was a bank (lots and lots of ressources) that forgot to renew his shield and send his soldier gathering then when there was enough people attacking he used the gryphon familiar skill to retrieve tons of soldier from his resource gathering spot and quick swap to good gear and ate all the solders that were coming from him. But I don't think you can pull that off very often. sound like a lot of works
