-More camps = you get xp points for your familiar faster
-More source = you get more anima (which is use to make pact AND research) and the pack are made faster
-More tower = You can make bigger batch of pact (the more you make at once, the less often you have to re-start a new batch. but it doesn't change anything other than the frequency of you interacting with it. it's not faster to get more. just much much less annoying)

You don't need to build more than one item of each kind for most items (except if you plan to put different sets of gems on them I guess ? but that seem like a waste of resources)
The only kind of item you want in three are the accessories (because you have 3 slot of them)

As for the jewels, you can put 3 jewel on each item but they all have to be from a different kind. (you cannot put 2 "Infantry ATK jewel" on the same item as an example, but you can put 1 on an item and the other on a different item)

Once a jewel is on an item, you can only take it off by using a specific item you can buy in the gems shop or by destroying the jewel (I don't recommend that)

Because slayer chest can be obtain for free if you are lucky enough in guild fest rewards. It would take multiples years for a fully F2P to get to that level though (maybe decade).
