If you linked your account, you will need to skip (or go through the tutorial/beginner steps and then when the settings menu comes available, select accounts and switch account if you're linked with Gmail or switch device if you're linked with Facebook. And then log in.
If it's been a really long while, your account might be deleted so you'll have to start again.

It is like sending 1 t2 cav to fight another t2 cav. The report will come back as a defeat but your t2 cav will return

You can do the ratio of might destroyed/kills
Just keep in mind that anything over 36 indicates they join some rallies.
Anything over 100 likely shows they do wonder rallies. (No t2 so higher might kills)
Anything over 1000 means they have 1 trooped stuff for sigils or something.
Its better to look at the ratio of the kills/might gained between 2 times rather than the lifetime total.

Well you say your guild has been learning how to hide to deny kills/rss. Thats a good start. You could try riding it out for a few weeks and see how bad it gets. But most guilds leave for an older K hoping it's dead enough they can still gather and catch fury without instantly being 0d
Sometimes new Ks don't get raided, or they get raided by smaller guilds that can migrate easily but are overall kinda weak- so rally trap comps can maybe still stay safe
