I am unable to use my account. I get "data connection required" at loading. Last time i was able to clear app data and recover my account, but this time that didnt work. Cleared data on the redownloaded app, and now it wont get past data connection required either. Im not atech guy, but i feel like my saved account has some kind of virus that is causing this. My data connection is solid. When i redownload app it works fine till i try to recover my account

So i was playing Faction Wars today and had Sun God Kotal on my team. I was on the last battle against an Assasin Jade. When it was only her left i took a change to do Sp2 with Sun God Kotal which and just got locked in a hilarious animation that never ended. As fun as it is i had to lose my Tower run for it since it never stopped. Pls fix? If anyone can provide me a vid of the problem that would be much appreciated

Normal tower, Sub zero did a brutality, Shang tsung jumped out in the middle with 0 hp, and I had to finish the bottom half of mileena, then Shang ca.e ba k and killed the game for 30 seconds. I lost, I have a record a ng from where the game froze up

When I lost, the game frozen for like 30secs in the victory pose without no reason, then It load to the main menu, giving me double price for the tower (šŸ‘) but at the cost of: Shang Tsung and Mileena having their HP restores at max again (They were kinda 50% each one before the game got frozen)

So Fatal Tower 170 isn't only really hard but super bugged, every time I do a Brutality on 2 of them then I'm fighting last enemy, at some point one of the dead ones tag in with 0 hp and the game freezes... wasted already 30+ tries

Kuai Liang's Bracers don't work as intended. The FX effect (chance to freeze opponents when they are blocking) never works as the freeze is always "blocked".

thats possible to go on a call or must write it down. i really i had enough of this of my nerves then. and no thats not what i told to the support. First of all i have this account for 5 years and i havent logged in for 3 years now i want to make some memories again. it was a grinding account which was the part of my heart and really loved that game. long ago i switched to ios and i couldnt switch my account data for it. whats obvious later as i have read the supports email thats not possible to transfer data. later then i acquired an android device and tried to log in. and i could not. it says would you want to switch to "eternal memer" i said yes and it loaded for a while and nothing happened. it stayed on my regular begineer account. then restarted to game and i had the level 60 profile but nothing else. i tried again at i said already matched with the email to the account. when i downloaded the game again i did the same process. nothing happened. although i started on android i dont see the reason why the account cant be loaded.

In case the problem is a switch from android to ios, android and ios can't share progress as they use different servers, you can either try an emulator or start again on the new phone

During the match game suddenly closed 2 times and lost 2 attempts in Elder Wind Tower. First time after game close I was able to enter game, played the same match and "game close" happened again. Second time after game close - right now I've tried to enter game again, but the annoying "Data connection required" error appeared again.
If these connection problems happens because of big amount of online players, it means NRS is getting more money upon more users. So if more users require more servers with more capability, then NRS should supply them. šŸ¤”

Data connection required is 99% of the times fixed by switching to more stable connections like data networks and vpns

Hello, I already submitted a ticket a couple of months ago and it never got solved. I did get a response, it just didn't solve anything. I was wrongly accused of using cheats and got banned for it. I didn't use cheats. I wouldn't care about my account if I did because I wouldn't had actually put in any work in it. I would like to get my account back and would do whatever I can to prove my innocence. I would sent another email to warnerbros but they specifically stated that they will ignore such emails coming from me.

There is happening something when fighting the bosses of the Fatal Elder Wind Tower, when a character tags in, they have their power bar reduced for no reason. I thought it was due to having Varmint's Lucky Hat fX, but this has happened with stage 80's Injustice 2 Raiden, who didnt have this equipment piece.
