Without a WB id there is no way to recover an account as there isn't a backup of the account available

Nobody can give you an account, the responsibility is on you for not creating a WB id, you can contact support to get some of your stuffs back on a new account but you'll have to start again regardless

Delete your game data and cache for the game in your device settings. Go through the tutorial and log in using your WB ID account to get your progress back. This will fix your issue.
Make sure your progress is associated with a WB ID account BEFORE you do this, as the WB ID is the only way to have a backup of the account
Also make sure to report the error to support so it can be fixed asap, contact support at https://go.wbgames.com/MKhelp

If you have a WB id connected to your account you have to login with it, without a WB id there is no way to recover an account

I asked a few days ago about how to get the mk11 audio in portuguese. I asked wb support and the answer is there is a portuguese dub, but it's not supported in the US version of the ps4 game. Just in case anyone was wondering.

If I could also quickly say the dubs on injustice and mkx are greatly appreciated and I hope dubs in future games are easier to access, even if I have to download a language pack.

The stuffs resetting is a known bug, they're working on it and the only workaround is being online when trials reset daily

#

About the ads, they're handled by a different company and they're based on yout location, so I guess the only stuffs available in that zone are in those languages

So I have a question it is not allowing me to change my password and I think I was hacked because when I load into the game all my equipment cards are unequipped and I have random characters on my team

Been playing this game going on 4 yrs have all cards but 1 and 95% of my cards are maxed. Almost 5k in this game, never had any problem til today with Data Connection. Not happy with you clowns and if you have lost my account there will be a problem coming from me. This is NONSENSE. I got the mobile game for my son in 2019 registered with WB games aswell so I know the process he made would save .i never have any issues if I have to newly install app cause of me getting a new phone I had no problems.well I get a new device this month installed and tried to login in and it says cannot authenticate account have tried to reset the pass and when I go to the step by steps and getting the emails it says it does the reset on the password successfully I go back to login the user and the new password and it gives me the same error. I have done this about 8 or 9 times I even contacted customer service and they told me the same step by steps I don't know what else to do because my son has put so much effort and his own earnings since I got him this game on my phone which was in 2019 he's a little upset it's been trying to get me to figure out the password all day and I just don't know what else to do I don't want to make him a new account because he has put four years into this game and I've had never had any problems until now does anyone have any advice it would be much appreciated
