u should ask google why it allows u to make in app purchase. wb doesnt have to save your game file without wbid. some offline games dont have cloud save from the publishers but still allow players to make iap. saving microtransaction history is google's job, not wb's one

Android ? if so, did you enable auto restore under backup option ? Its generally not advisable to backup app that already uses its own cloud save, can potentially cause issue when automatic restore enabled.

Open a pack or 2 daily, or buy during pack sales, souls from quests should be safe, although i would not advise to reach 200k or more, it may trigger the bot regardless where the souls come from .. keep spending regularly

They’ve clarified no one has or would be banned for just leaving , it’s a game feature even if not intended

I would like to inform u of a well know bug appearantly with cos kitana, as she steals an opponent the game crashes. It happened to me twice now in fw survivor mode making me lose my progress and brakes my gear so u basically lose your ability to make it to the top of the leaderboard. It is very annoying, I've submitted a ticket about it the first time it happened and was told to clean my phone cache. Obviously it's not my phone that is the problem. It is a bug and it must be fixed asap.

I had the same thing. It is a weird thing with the Halloween packs if you don’t currently have the character. Check the section for each JC and Sub-0 even for the ones you don’t have. One of them should have it. I used to have an annoying 2 always shown until I did that. Those two have extra taunts that don’t seem to trigger like the normal ones but will still leave that annoying new item until you look at it.

I think the hallloween taunts were a special thing but since they aren’t running the event anymore, they just put them in the normal pack. However it seems the counter only knows how to handle a normal FOS so hopefully you have other FOS unlocked for him or him unlocked otherwise that counter will be around for a little bit

My lawyer and myself spent the entire day reading the Terms. No glitches was used, no third party apps, account wasn't given to anyone else, etc. They messed up. Lawyer wouldn't encourage me to proceed if they knew they didn't have a case with it

@earnest mist it was never about the money. It's about the fact that they assumed and didn't thoroughly investigate or even give a proper opportunity to appeal. Money may be an incentive to most, but it's the principle of the issue of banning someone in error. As much as a fan I am of this game, what's right is right, wrong is wrong. As someone stated earlier. I'm not the only person this has happened to. I can't speak for everyone else on this issue that everyone else has experienced. I'm only doing my part to rectify this issue. And getting lawyers involved is the very last option I had. But thank you for the good luck, I guess?

Android ? if so, did you enable auto restore under backup option ? Its generally not advisable to backup app that already uses its own cloud save, can potentially cause issue when automatic restore enabled.

Not really. Most of those lawyers play the legal game. For instance, they know it costs the other side money and time to go to court. Let’s say it is 40k. They will ask to settle for 25k and the multi billion company just writes off a tax loss. It doesn’t matter who is right. It would cost them 15k more to go to court to win vs just make the person go away at that moment. That is also how all those personal injury lawyers work that you see in commercials about we can get money for anyone. They game the system because it is messed up and expensive The big businesses decide it is better to write off a loss even if you are right since it will save your company money.

Android and ios acc are on separate game servers, you cant use android acc on ios and vice versa. Also, wbplay account is needed to save game progress. You have to sign in by tapping war banner, once created, when you delete the game, reinstall it, you can simply log in with wbplay acc you have made and your game save will be downloaded and you can continue where you left off. Moving from android to ios or vice versa and using same wbplay acc may reset the game progress.

My account was banned almost 3 months ago.
I wrote a letter to support, mainly asking one thing. Investigation. I was asking to check the reason why my account got banned. I believe it can be checked manually, everything should be in logs, they know the time and date when the account was banned.
After few weeks of silence I sent a letter to legal@wb.com asking to investigate the case.
It took another 5 weeks to get a reply that my case will be send to "The Moderation Team"...

After completing the Shao Kahn tower for the second time I had an extra talent point and tried to apply it to my talent tree. After doing so my game reset and gave me a message saying that my tree was reset because I had too many points. When looking at my points I see that it is now 101 instead of 102.

I did some research and found an old forum post where someone had a similar issue of having 101 points. The post stated " Who else supposedly had the wrong amount of Talent Points and NR reset their tree completely?

I had just redone my tree and was working on pass 2 of Kahn's tower and they reset my tree.
Says I have 101 points to use now, is that right. Pass 2, battle 9 is up next." I reached out to WB support as well to see if they could resolve the issue as well but I'm almost positive that I had 102 before

Ive had a glitch where my account says no internet connection despite internetworking fine. I solve by clearing app data, restarting game, and loading my account, but it takes several tries as it still says no connection once or twice when i load my account, despite the newaccount working fine. Also, it takes 15 minutes to do tutorials before i can load my account. Not cool
