On a more topic based note, send a ticket in as things happens. We just got out of a massive update that gave us completely new features and characters. There will be bugs after an update like this, and to think otherwise is acting like a child. Send your ticket in, and wait for them to find a solution, just like everyone else.

you may have overwritten your old acc with new one when you associated your old acc email with your beginner acc. not sure if support can recover your old acc, but it should be still there in the cloud, not associated with anything

Every time I log into an old account of mine, I'm stuck on a "check your internet connection" error. If I clear my data and reload the game, it works fine, up until I log back into my account. It's very confusing, since I have no idea what's causing the problem when I log in.

It's a bit weird, because I have to log in twice to actually "get logged in," and then if I try to enter a battle, I get softlocked with three level 88 "Tiger Fury" GOROs. I then have to close out of the game, and that's when my issue starts.

I don't understand how the game can be broken like this. I have internet, and relatively good internet to my knowledge, and there shouldn't be a single problem. It only gives me this error when I log into an old account. Otherwise I can play the game just fine without any issues. I've given the game every permission, let it use data on battery saver, I've tried using both mobile data and my at-home internet, and nothing's working.

You need to make a ticket ingame , they’ll ask for evidence you payed for a pack, so the Apple receipt if your on iOS

Anti cheat is automated and kind of prone to mistakes, thats why they get reviewed when appealed, even then, mistake can still happen.

yeah but for people who got banned without doing anything, why cant the support tell you what they think is wrong with your account? Like my 6 years of progress just disappears because of some skepticism? Look, because of this MK Mobile, i eventually bought the MK11 game and enjoyed it, this unreasonable ban just gave me a headache. To be honest, there's a gap of about 1 year and a half that I quitted the mobile game before picking it back up, because there were so many cheating teams that take 0 damage and one hit kills you. I restarted to play the game when MK11 jade came out and has been pleased with the improvements of the game and its community. Now I'm just disappointed again, this ban wace is like you trying to get rid of political enemies and killed everyone.

Hi, i have a problem with my account. When I'm entering the game, I onyl see the background (dojo and all that stuff). Also I see souls and coins. Nothing more. I can only login to game once a day when I have to pick 1 of 8 cards. I'm playing on Android if it's important. Someone know what is happening and what to do? I tried to uninstall the game. I also cleared cache. I tried to download Mortal on the other device. Nothing worked, so it has to be something with my account.

I havent said anything about ban .... Unavoidable bug like bdt progress is totally different than intentionally exploiting a bug, whatever that bug is. And i thought the issue in quitting boss battle is not the progress made being saved, rather preventing regen to occur, thus circumventing boss equipment and passive.

Also bdt bug cant be patched while tower in progress, nrs have road map for software builds, the patch comes in the next scheduled content update. During bdt run, nrs kept silent and everyone thought it was a feature of the tower. So we may know later on next update if theres any bug in tower.

For those who remember the SRT fatel tower battle 180, the modifer was changed to enraged and one of the bosses was SF scorpian. He would do his sp2 after few hits and would regen. Even at that time the quit feature was there to prevent him from regen. And this is about a year ago.

Is that bad, I lost my player account because it was not linked to wbplay and as compensation for everything I achieved in the game I get a new player level 1 and get a few diamonds as a small compensation. All the cards, items ect, how long it took me to do them, old. And then they come with their cool message, send us their new ID and they'll get a few extra diamonds. Most cheeky man ....

You download the game and link it in parallel. these are differences with which players have to start from scratch, even though the account is available on your server, just not linked to wbplay. not with me, when my cell phone broke and installed the game on the new cell phone, I thought my email address was bound to wbplay and I wanted to reset the password. There was no wbplay account. I got an email where I supposedly could generate a new password and all of a sudden I had a wbplay account with a NEW PLAYER level 1. Really great system.
