For almost 2 months I haven’t been able to play Krypt mode. The app keeps crashing. I’ve already tried everything: reinstalling the game, reinstalling my phone, downloading it on my iPad… it’s always the same error. I emailed support 6 times and even sent them a screen recording. Their reply was that they forwarded it to the developers… and since then it still doesn’t work. I get they fixed it but they should provide compensation for the krypt hearts for those affected like me and screwball. The pop up showed up in game and we never got the modifer from krypt run. People could of even used several keys as well for it just not to give them the modified amount

there was also no annocment made in the discord anncoment channel relaying the error with the kyrpt or that it was fixed which is a severe lack of comunication. and people should of been notifyed the moment the issue occured. I should not of found out till after I did kyrpt run and checked the sumbit a ticket channel of all places.

A lot of issues in the game right now. Since 2.0 or so, Dark Empress Kitana's passive has been not working for the AI, turning her invisible or in worst cases crashing the game, Dark Lord Kotal Khan's passive too, it wont summon an osh-tekk for AI
Quests are also bugged, the fake victory chance is back, and since 2.3 update, it says new quests are avaliable, when it's just the same ones but made it like they where just unlocked

@hearty quest I had that problem after last update. So I started the game using data connection and then when the game would start I switched to wifi and everything worked great. After a while, a day or so things were back to normal. Did you restart your phone?

Not sure. Depending on your device you could mess with the resolution or display settings, sometimes they have a lower resolution set by default to conserve battery power. Other than that I don't know

Well, the game once again will not launch for me. Keeps saying internet connection required. WiFi works, but data connection still won’t work. Have restarted my phone & started with WiFi & back to data, only to have it not launch the next time I get on. Not sure what was done with the last update, but no longer able to play this game.!

I would suggest trying to close your app and restart your device after activating Airplane mode for 15 seconds. This way, any corrupted file will be deleted, and you should be able to play again
When I emailed support a while a go this was their answer. Maybe you should try it

Maybe the WiFi signal itself isn't strong enough. Confirm you are on WiFi and not mobile service, try toggling the WiFi setting on and off, and worst case reset your phone and router.

There is an ad that crashes the app. When you click "free souls", it's usually the first ad of the day, it just completely locks the app, have to restart, and it counts as viewing an ad but doesn't give you the souls.
