Yes, it's bad, I thought that's from my device but it isn't. It looks like their servers have some issues, too bad to have such great game and being not able to play it especially in his 9th Anniversary. (It's that time when casual players are coming to the game and when they get disconnected every 2-5 minutes they'll uninstall in seconds till the next year).

The entire game crashes on me every minute or so, claiming something like "profile out of sync with server"
If I go into a fight (doesn't matter what kind, happens in all kinds I've tried) it says something like "failed getting match results from server" before forcing a restart.

Yesterday I had problems with mystery anniversary pack in ads, I opened an mk11 sindel and right away got error pack opening message, game restart required, followed with a crash.

After that the ad pack was never opened, and every time I went to ad page the game kept crashing. 15 hours later, and still can't claim the pack. Day reset, went back to check, pack was gone, never got My sindel and it crashed again for f sake.

Today died twice in krypt due to restarts. All of these complaints shown proof with screenshots

The least they can do is compensate players for causing all these issues by allowing players to keep playing a broken game instead of taking it off of play store, close servers and hot fix it

And the worst part is, players will not even be compensated

I get one Shao Khan Tower fight (if I'm Lucky) or can set up one Quest (again, I need some luck) without "Must Restart, Game out of Sync". This usually only happens from time-to-time. Recently, especially today, it's happening EVERYTIME I try to play!

Why is this so full of problems? You'd think this game released a month ago. It's painfully slow. Restarts, lags, latency galore.
Krypt hearts are now up and missing without being spent for a large number of players complaining about it.
The loading times to open a chest in the Krypt literally take as long as most Krypt battles which is beyond pathetic.

Why can't they speed this game up and quit having it crash so often? Daily Trials that worked totally fine just up and vanish cuz they're super broken after an Update?? Like who does that?

Hi, I have an issue with logging in or something like that. Basically my game was constantly crashing after 2-3 minutes of playtime. This goes to all veterans and people who are deep into this game and its technical issue:
First of all: My account seems to be broken, compromised, whatever.
What happened?
I bought one epic pack for Action Movie Tower. I pulled two Wrenches and one Chair. With this, my chair was f3 and I wanted to upgrade it to F4. So I bought one epic upgrade card. It loaded for so long (30-40 seconds) and the game came with its typical bugs.

Right after clicking "retry" the game crashed. Trying to start the game ends up in a crash again.
It seems my account is sticking in a loop.
What i have done already:

  1. installed the game 3-4 times from the scratch
  2. installed the game on another device
  3. password reset several times
    New account works fine. As soon as i log in, the game crashes.
    One more important information:
    The game worked this morning after daily reset. I pulled a card and I got into the main menu. Than I switched to another app and when I tried to get back into the game, it was closed in the background (because it was set to deep stand by due to several errors by trying to log in) and crashed again.
    I'm really angry and sad because I had 50 maxed diamonds, several maxed epics and high fused epics. It took me 8 years of consistently playing the game.
    Does anybody has any idea to fix this problem?

Notice 1 thing in crypt ! With block breaker when you start to hit and break block making 2-3 hits then making special skill - enemies cameo step in and saves them like if enemy was in block , but he wasn't. And this is like 100% of time if enemies cameo skill 2 not in cool down .
So wats the point with block breackers if they not work vs cameos .
So all fights looks like that :

You accumulated special skill - Breaks enemy block - use special skill - enemy cameo saves them - enemy use special skill on you . You accumulated special skill - Breaks enemy block - use special skill - enemy cameo saves them - enemy use special skill on you = you die !
If you wont use special skill and try to only with hit : nemy accumulated special skill use on you - enemy accumulated special skill use on you = you die !

With my setup vs enemy with out cameo fight lasts 30 sec with my win . Vs enemy with cameo fight lasts 2 min and 2/3 of my chars dead i win or all my chars dead and i lose .

I have been playing this game since 2014, when it was in Beta. I remember I installed it on my Google Nexus 6. It is the first time I have encountered such a problem. The game keeps on crashing when it tries to load. I am using a Google Pixel 8 Pro, updated to Android 15. Steps I took to resolve this: Clear cache, clear data, uninstall the app, try different devices. NONE worked. And the weirdest thing, it ONLY crashes when I connect my account, otherwise the game works with no issues.
