Many people on here are in a similar situation. For me personally, I tried loging in one day only to find that my account was suspended. When I submitted a ticket I got a response back saying that my account was now permanently suspended and that any future appeals would just be ignored.

After a few months of chatting, re=appealing, and trying to figure out why I was even suspended in the first place someone on here finally explained what was happening. Apparently, the support team is outsourced to a third party company that rewards it's agents for how many "tickets they have closed" so the incentive is to just resolve the problem quickly and not actually care about what happens to the client.

The next problem is that they won't tell you what you did wrong because then you might figure out how to work around the bot that detects cheaters. Therefore, you will never be told what you did wrong, but you will be punished for it as if you did.

Finally, as you may have guessed, they automatically believe that you knowingly cheated and now are trying to just get out of it by claiming ignorance. No amount of talking to anyone or providing any kind of evidence will convince them that you were wrongfully banned.

TL:RD Support is outsourced, they think you cheated on purpose, they won't tell you what you did wrong, and you're screwed. But remember, "You may always start a new account" (heavy sarcasm)

The game is lagging ALL THE TIME. Impossible to play. Unfortunately, no one (including myself) has received a refund for the scam which is MK Mobile. My account was permanently suspended and I was never given a reason, refund, or warning. Writing a support ticket is worthless because it is apparently outsourced to a third party company, they don't care. They are rewarded according to how many tickets they "close" so any tickets you send to them they just mark as solved then close them.

My best suggestion is, leave a 1 star review explaining what happened to you then delete the game and wash your hands of MK Mobile.

I know what you mean. I actually read the TOS initially but had to re-read it when I was banned. Sadly, the way that it's phrased they are the ones who get to determine if you violated the TOS. What this essentially means is that they can ban anyone for any reason without fear of legal repercussions.

I'm sorry to say, but there is essentially no chance of getting your account unbanned or unsuspended. By all means keep trying, you might be fortunate and be the first one (that I've heard of at least) to get your account back, but don't get your hopes too high.

I'm going to give you the same suggestion that I've given others, leave a 1 star review relating your experience then delete the game. If enough finally appear maybe people will finally realize the risk of downloading this game.

For everyone whose account was wrongfully banned, you are HIGHLY UNLIKELY to get it unbanned. In fact, I have not heard of anyone recently getting their account unbanned for the past year.

They don't care about how much money you may have spent, they don't care about actually checking what you may or may not have done wrong, all they know is that the "anti-cheat bot" says you cheated so therefore you're guilty. THERE IS NO APPEALING.

By all means, try to get it unbanned. When you finally realize that it's pointless, I strongly suggest that you leave a 1-star review explaining your experience then wash your hands of the game.

Whenever I use Bronze characters, they do not generate any power as the active Kombatant. This happens in every mode regardless of modifiers. They still generate power out of kombat. Silver, Gold, and Diamond cards do not have this problem.

Hi. I have reached the over 40th level of my account and that's when I have started to have a problem with syncing. I have tried to clear cache often but that did not help a lot. @ember furnace clear the cache on your device and try again. If that doesn't work then reinstall the game. Make sure your progress is associated with a WBID before you do this otherwise you will lose it all.

It's a bug. For some reason several of my tt presets would cause the game to require a restart after choosing one and going back to the main screen. Upon returning to the game after the automatic restart, the chosen tt is empty. Apparently, some data has become corrupted because there were values totalling over 35 more tt points than anyone could have actually set themselves since the tt presets debuted. I even dealt with one yesterday. Also, it can also limit your tt points to even well below 100 even if you have 102. When that has occurred with me, I have tried playing Shao Kahn's Tower for a match or two or a round or two in hopes that the game will register my correct value of tt points which amounts to 102. At any rate, the game automatically checks for value discrepancies that go above the limit of 102 and simply doesn't allow those that do to be used.

Try changing the device language to English (America), and maybe use a VPN to change the location as well. Its a strange bug. Happened to me last month when I bought a new phone. Only needed to do that once, and then when I logged on I turned off the VPN and the game is running fine now

Anyone having problems with the talents tree ? I've finished all 100 levels and just got reset including the assigned points. Came to the conclusion it was a Krypt Battle against MK11 Skarlett, MK11 Shang Tsung, and MK11 Jade with a Toxic Bomb modifier. Midway into the fight the game crashes without fail.

My account isnt loading. I go through the tutorial until i can click on the profile to change to my account, put my details in (yes, correctly) and then it pops up "destructor profile found, load?" I hit yes (destructor is the name of my account) and it doesn't do anything. Im just stuck with the load symbol in the bottom right corner forever. There are two very random bugs, in the krypt, when you pause during a special attack (sp1, sp2, or sp3) there's a weird issue where after you unpause the game you can't do anything. I experienced this bug on an IOS device and the only way for me to continue my krpyt run was by restarting my phone during the battle. After closing my MK tab, I'd need to revive all my characters and it's such a big waste of resources and it's happened to me multiple times. The other very random bug is that during Lin Kuei tower if you click a special attack while you're dying to any of the bosses it also freezes your game, I've also experienced this multiple times on a fairly newer Iphone (Iphone 13 Pro Max).

I can't stand it anymore with these Profile Out of Sync errors. Every 2 minutes. I can close and restart the game (and my phone) fresh and after my first battle I get a Profile Out of Sync error. This has been going on for nearly 6 friggin months and I submitted a ticket months ago and just got a "we made the devs aware" response and support closed the ticket. This isn't going away and is only getting worse. Now I'm getting some error I've never seen before. Something about a rewards error and it only has a "retry" button, but it just brings me back to the rewards error so it never goes anywhere and I have to restart the game and it just cancels my tower win so I have to do it over again. so i basically changed my device language after i closed the game and went back in with that language and it somehow loaded my account in
