MK mobile suspended my account saying that I violated the terms of use, but didn't provide any clarification. I submitted an appeal which they replied with an automated response claiming that I could not appeal anymore but lacked the exact violation that my account breached.

For someone who's invested actual money in the game, wbsupport should have the common courtesy to explain specifically to me how I violated the terms of use.

I agree. It’s more of a moral obligation. If they want to the trust of Good honest players they should divulge to them what they are being flagged for. That way we can work together to figure out how not to be flagged, either they correct their algorithms or we make a correction to our practices. I've never rooted my phone or used a VPN. I use Wi-Fi and data only (I can't imagine that that's the reason why I would get a suspension).

As for purchases, I've only made purchases through the game store. I have also gone to the "Earned Souls" section and downloaded other games to earn souls. I generally wait until I can earn double souls before I do any of those though. Is that what caused my account to be suspended?

Why would we not be allowed to protect our own privacy from you? Having a VPN be a reason for someone being suspended makes little sense to me.

so i discovered a interaction between mk11 kabal and klassic ermac that results in him being immortal at 1hp and you cant win against him cuz of it

if klassic ermac dies and kills ur second to last character and your mk11 kabal uses his passive on the ermac, the ermac will stay at 1hp permenantly

this is a game breaking bug and i hope it gets fixed real fast

Hello everyone yesterday i got suspended as the support says for : cheated, utilized an exploit, and/or modified game files.
