It's impossible that on my 4 run on Fatal Tower I smash battle 80 in under 1 min and on my 5 run I need 2 fights to finish the battle. Just to be clear I have 2 Epic equipments
FL 1 & FL 0 ( both of them attack equipment) 1 Rare FL 9 (accessorie) all together equiped on MK 11 Scorpions FL X.

He is supposed to have damage boost more than 500 % in Tower but feels like I have no equipment at all

My game keeps crashing, especially when Im playing Faction Wars. I then lose all of my characters and equipment. Is this just a current game bug or is there a way I can fix it on my own?

Also, i keep putting in support tickets and either no one responds or they tell me they will forward it to the developers and are closing the ticket. They provide no help or suggestions. All they do, if they do anything, is send the same email template again and again. They should be replaced with a chatbot. It would be infinitely more helpful. By canning all of the crappy customer service reps, that literally do nothing, they'd have more money to hire developers that could fix these bugs.
