I wish that the broken advertisement Crypto.com would be dragged down to the depths of Netherrealm and never returned, it just bugs my game basically 90% of time when watching that sh*t advertisement. I can't close the game or anything, it just turns into black screen and nothing. I can close it by minimizing it and swiping away, and re-opening the game, but 85% of time the game has to load back up instead of continuing where it left off. Each time I have to pray to Elder Gods for that advertisement to never show up, because it's the only advertisements that bugs out on me...seriously!

Almost a day after the update it's safe to say a patch 4.0.1 is necessary:
-Timers in FW and challenges are effed up
-Completion counts of challenges are effed up
-Some equipment is locked and if you didn't put it in one of your presets, you can't use it at all
-Quest mode screen is wobbly
-Graphics: nice try but it's just not it

There has not been a single update where nothing has been effed up. They are simply unable to do it.

  • I can't block Kabals's passive fatal blow, but opponent can. I use block. I see animation but he just run through me like I never blocked.
  • When I try to do my basic attack and opponent decide to do the same often I see that my strike was "magicaly" blocked while I was hit by opponent.
  • Kabal's SP2 miss if opponent is on the ground. (that was never the case few patches back)
  • Opponents animation is sometimes skipped so he can attack before I can block after I hit him with any SP. (Or anything similar)
  • Every proc chance for opponent is doubled. I.e. if I try to do SP1 or SP2 on assasin Kitana or assasin Scarlet while assasin Jade is in their party, I miss 7/10 times (and the chance is only 25%). If opponent have BB(block breaker) 45% then my block will be broken in about 3-5 hits. But if I have 45% BB then it is ok to not brake block in 7-8 hits. (BB is generally broken in current patch)
  • And last but not least - crashes. All the time. Every boss battle with scorpion. Damned f196 battle is cursed. When I finally was able to defeat that team game crashed during the death animation and now I need to do this again.😵‍💫
    And some of the above is in the game for more than a year.😔

I'm using a Poco X3 plus and I have. Been playing the mortal Kombat game for three months now on regular basis on around 8pm today when my tower refreshed I tried to login in to the game but it won't let me it kept giving me the "internet required" error this I tried to login 12 times and the game client kept giving me the same error my internet connection is completely fine I tested it so I gave up and tried to login again after about two hours and I got the same error so I decided to clear the game cache and tried again to login I get the same error then I cleared the game data but I didn't uninstalled it completely so after clearing the game data I tried to login in again and the most unimaginable thing happens game client starts downloading the game data as usual but my phone starts acting up strange it becomes completely laggy and unresponsive I tried closing the game but my phone completley became unresponsive so I rebooted my phone everythings fine but when ever I open the mortal Kombat game client same things happens over and over again and now my phone' reboots by itself when I open the game client I don't know that to do and I am so frustrated right now I cannot explain in words what is wrong with the Devs and what Is going on why is this happening and why are they allowing these kinds of things to happen to players I have a very good phone it works completly fine I bought it last year have been using it since and have. Never really had a problem with my phone I also play tons of other games on it all play completely fine I also have a decent internet connection that's very stable and yet mortal Kombat also gives me the internet required error whenever I try to login I'm so angry and disappointed right now I don't know what to do and who to ask it's just all of this is very sad I'm really really disappointed because of this game developers This is the. There's a bug where if the phone screen turns off (Android), when you go back into the game, the touch targets are off. So you tap somewhere but the game registers as if the input happened a little bit away, which messes with being able to hit things like the specials bar, minigames, etc

Hi I don’t kno if there is any fix for this currently but since the game has been out for so long I would hope there is. I saw that there was a trail for linking your MK Mobile to Mk11 but wen I go to do so, it says my account is already linked to a MK11. However I only have mk11 on one console. Elder god Draco I emailed WBPlays and i had a whole conversation about my lost account with Dylan and Dylan was very nice and welcoming and I'm pretty sure I was transferred to Magicer and he said they can't do anything about my lost account but they can restore the amount of souls and koins that was purchased with my actual money which was equivalent to 24,030 Souls & 9,82,500 Koins. I also provided the reciept i can also provide you proof of the screen shots. Magicer said he transferred the souls and koins to my account plus a kard that i had which was fusion 4 klassic liu kang. Seems to happen mostly when loading a fight, whether it's in towers or arena. Arena is especially painful since any progress is lost and the fight is automatically taken as a loss (after using a revive potion and heals!)

imo when the game crashes before you enter the fight (as in you're still in the loading screen) it shouldn't count as a loss. Only if it crashes when you're midfight should it count as a loss otherwise people are just farming Survivor Run fails one after the other

On my new acc, I got 3 or 4 diamond characters and then managed to recover my older better account. Hy, the game freezed after i defeat one of the boss in normal lotus tower 150. The game freezed, forced me to restart, losing my proggress along with wasting my attempt. I already contact customer support, i hope it will get fixed. It already happened twice.

I guess. Just seems tone deaf to tweet gimmicks when iOS platform is unplayable with costly crashes. It takes double the time now to do towers exiting and entering between fights to mitigate crashes. Survivor rankings are made and broken based on pure luck if a team will crash or soft lock you into defeat. Been playing since 2015, haven't seen the game this unstable since 1.0
