The core pieces I would say are nunchuks, burning vengeance, hellblade and then some crit gear

Spec Ops Pack doesn't have bad chars ...they have good synergy ....
Best trio from that pack: A-list Johnny, Demolition Sonya & Balanced Kenshi.
Stount-double Johnny is also ok when you're beginner - stun on tag-in is a good passive in early stages.
Tactical Sonya is the less attractive in that pack, but still her combos are fast.

The MA Pack has Kung Jin which is bad because he's slow and interrupted in the combos.
The Outworld....don't know where to start -> D'Vorah, Kintaro...
