anyone who played since 2018 had the same problem about cannot sync the old save??? my account is 100% corrupted and every time i try to sync in any iphone the game crashes and blocks internet connection, i end with a account lv59 with 0 kards, when i close the game and open again the games freezes in a loop and warning telling me that the game requires internet connection, this just happens when i sync, if i play with a fresh new account the game runs smoothly bruh I’ve had so many things that i wish i could get back

i’ve played before the diamond cards was a thing and even when the game wasn’t just some loot box sh*** got some really nice kards after the diamond transition miss the old days. i’ve talked with the support of the game but neither then know what’s going on is just sad how things end

I also struggled with that level, but thanks to suggestions on here did it very easily with MK11 scorpion, Ravenous Mileena (for her passive) and MK11 sub0 (for just in case - but didn't need him). Start with Mileena with Blaze's Life Force, then tag in MK11 Scorpion. The fire dot damage from scorp passive was insane, by the time SF scorp tagged in to save Johnny he was one hit from death, so was Cassie. Didn't need to use any specials.

My audio is set at 0 but, that doesn't help prevent the frequent crashing. I know that large caches can be misread or corrupted. RAM isn't an issue because I have 6GB.

The problem probably lies with Android still not dealing properly with large RAM amounts. And NRS caching it's data somewhere other than the main system RAM (6GB in my case), as the game doesn't show in the list of running processes, only several chunks of data for the game are listed in cached processes.

Cached processes often get deleted by the OS to make room for its processes. Data in system memory is usually protected from being deleted or overwritten by other app processes.
